The Talenthook feature for Maxhire is definitely a draw but Sendouts has their own tool which is similar called Recon. They charge a little extra for it but their pricing for the ATS was a little lower so I think they ended up being within $10/month total for all of our users. We've been so busy on our end that I haven't chosen the tool yet. We have two local competitors that we're friendly with that have switched (one to maxhire; the other sendouts) and they're both ecstatic about the switch. For us they seem very similar but Sendouts is in our city and will onsite training that may push them over the top.

Hey Loni - got your post regarding my ATS question. You may want to take a look at Target Recruit. It is built on the salesforce.com platform and is part of the open exchange program. It was pretty slick but we decided that we wanted a smart-client type tool like Sendouts or Maxhire versus browser based tools. I sometimes like to work with multiple windows and views open instead of clicking back and forth. I think the cost of the Target Recruit tool was about $89/month per user and is very google friendly.

Thanks for the add! I hope the weather is better in LA right now-- here in Milwaukee it is 50 and raining! :(

Thanks for the contact request. Sometimes i wonder if i know anything at all about this business. LOL Then there are days when i really think i am a super star. That is what makes recruiting fun and keeps us humble.
