Manish asks: Are you a star recruiter?? What makes you feel that you are a star recruiter in the industry? Is the number of placements the only determining factor in your recruiting career history?

I feel I am a star recruiter for a few reasons but not for volume. (Although we have placed hundreds and hundreds of people over a 12 year period.)

I see your in Rocky River. I grew up in Lakewood and my great, great grandfather donated much of the land that comprises Rocky River and the Metropolitan Park system. Its been a while since I was back there but I have great memories growing up in Lakewood.
