It is my understanding you can run a zip code radius search on Google by using zipcode..zipcode (Zipcode numbers and no quotes, parenthesis needed).  Is this correct?  If not, can anyone offer suggestions?

Hi Julie,

Google does not specifically understand 5 digit numbers as zip codes. You can however leverage the Google Numrange search functionality. In order to target a zip code using this method you'll simply have to include the state or city so that the search can make a connection.

Just take note that the Google Numrange search is run in sequential order. So if you were online searching for a new jacket and you wanted to be between $40 and $50 you could search

"Spring Jacket" (Philadelphia | "King of Prussia") $40..$50  See the results here

Here is a recruiting example:

19087..19111 (PA | Philadelphia) "Design Engineer" (intitle:resume | inurl:resume) -job -jobs -sample -samples -example See the results here
