Looking for Experienced Recruiters for Small Recruiting Company

Hello,

I am the President of Invision Recruiting, LLC.

I started my company a couple years ago and have experienced a tremendous amount of growth. My company has about 15 different client companies that were do searched for on a national effort. The common thread is that they are all Architectural, Engineering, Design and Construction firms. I started off working with two companies specifically on California staffing needs, but due to my great relationships with my clients I have opened up an extensive amount of searches across the nation. My clients love working with my company and I pride myself and my company with integrity, confidentiallity and honesty. My reputation is very good and I want to keep it that way. Positions I usually fill are Mechanical & Electrical Engineers- all levels, Architects (all market sectors)- all levels, Energy Analyst, Transportation Planners, Enviromental Engineers, Structural, Civil, Land Development, etc.

I am looking for a very motivated, honest, organized and experienced recruiter to compliment my efforts and help me in a quest to fill junior-senior level positions for my important client companies. I have designed and implemented my own database, server, etc to help tracking of candidates and such.
