I have a great international recruitment model that is UNIQUE and works.
We at Marwick & Stimson regularly beat several of the BIG international Search Firms on specific assignments round the world.
My approach is based on a collegial approach, trust, and integrity combined with the Passion for Action of several boutique firms.
I am in Sydney but serve the world.
Having said that I am always interested in talking to enthusiastic recruiters who are interested in living and working in Australia.
I am a firm believer that Networking is a Contact sport

Wayne.

This sounds very interesting. I've been looking for an opportunity outside the US. Would definitely like to know more. Take a look at my resume and let me know what you think.

Hi Wayne,

I love that motto "Networking is a contact sport" i have been stealing it and giving you no credit... sorry :)

Can you elaborate on what makes your model unique? I hear this a lot from companies and rarely find it that unique... not being cynical just interested. However, if it is a model which is at the crux of your competitive advantage I'd understand you not sharing it.

Also I'd be interested to hear if you get candidates outside the UK wanting to come to Australia. I'm sure 80% are English

Thanks

Dan
Hi Dan,
Most people coming into Australia in Construction and Engineering come from an "English practice" country like UK,Canada,South Africa.
Good people also come from terms in the Middle East such as Filippino and Indian professionals.
My Global model is simple and available to anyone who can think and act without ego in an environment of integrity and trust.
Feel free to connect with me on LinkedIn if we are not already or send me an email to wayne@marwickstimson.com.au with your phone details and I'll call soon.
Regards
Wayne
