Closing Percentage

I was trying to find is anyone knows / or where I can find the percentage for new contract or direct placements for recruiters.

placement percentage...

a guideline so to speak.

For a new contract the mark up should be at least 75%. For direct hire fee's it should be from 18-22% .

i'm sorry I did'nt explain myself well.

I need the average for won contracts of a regular company with 20 people or less. ( a good closing rate)
