As a Software Specialists Recruiter responsibilities include:
Full-cycle recruiting for the company’s open positions: advertise, recruit, screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure that only qualified and interested candidates are presented to hiring managers.
Manage candidate experience including positioning the opportunity & company, administer technical exercises, phone screens, coordinate interview schedules, summarize feedback, make hiring recommendations, and manage the offer process.
Manage relationships with vendors.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously within a high volume recruitment environment
Ability to utilize several recruiting sources including postings, internet, networking, and referrals
Qualifying technical professionals for skill, proficiency, and suitability for each requirement.
Maintaining and documenting candidate communication in our database.
Scheduling phone screens and interviews for candidates.
Negotiating compensation and signing contracts with candidates.
Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Ability to leverage resources (internal and external) working as part of a team
Make telephone calls and conduct in-person meetings

The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting IT staff augmentation services or deliverable-based projects. Experience selling ERP staffing services would be an additional plus.
