<p align="left" class="text13">Human Capital Management (HCM) and HR mobile technologies are enhancing talent management systems to recruit, retain and engage talent. In fact, within the next two years, more applicants and employees will be using mobile devices than desktops for recruiting, talent acquisition and employee engagement, and businesses will better engage people wherever they are, or when they have downtime, and keep them engaged.</p>
<p align="left" class="text13">In this discussion with Ed Newman of iMomentous, we explore how to best integrate online mobile recruiting with offline methods such as print, and share recruiting best practices such as integrating mobile talent acquisition with corporate marketing groups in order to deliver consistent, company-wide messaging and communications.</p>
