With 86% of companies indicating that they are concerned about their ability to meet their recruitment needs and 80% worried about employee retention in a "candidate" driven market, in my opinion there has never been a better time for executive search specialists to leverage their expertise! How should we best leverage our unique skills against the volume recruitment agencies and take maximum big biller advantage?
