I am considering attending the ERE expo and not having been before, I would appreciate some advice from those that have.

I run an EMEA based Executive Search business and would like to network with US based Executive Recruiters as well as to discover the latest recruiting tools and technologies. Plus to get a sense of where the market is going. Would this be a good show for me?

Which is the bigger/better show, the Fall or Spring one? Or other?

Thanks- appreciate your input

I'm going to refrain from answering your questions here, since I am obviously biased about ERE Expo, but if you have any questions for me directly, just let me know!
Dave you can answer here. it's what it's here for.
Thanks JD.

What I meant was that I was not going to plug the conference since Richard seems to be asking for feedback from past attendees, and not the guy who produces ERE Expo.
Hi Richard

The big US Shows, ERE (David Manaster and his team run a great event) and Kennedy, provide a wide ranging view of the world of recruitment and leading edge technology and trends.

You can also get similar experience and knowledge closer to home with the event I am chairing, Global Recruitment Conference 2008 in Amsterdam in November.- which is the 4th annual event (its first 3 years as the ERE Global Recruitment Forum).

It really depends on what your objectives are.

Feel free to get directly in touch.

Best regards

David/ Alan - thanks for responding and for the offer to follow up with you directly.

I would still be interested to hear from previous attendees
