Like all relationships, my love affair with Recruiting runs high on a variety of emotions. Fortunately for me it's a love affair filled with respect and awe - for my clients, my candidates & for the many successes I've created over the years. It's a profession that has been very good to me, but not without it's hardships, tough years and bitter disappointments. I'm always reminded that with a little humility and a lot of courage you can reap the joys of building a career that can provide significant financial rewards and change people's lives in a meaningful way if done right.

I still enjoy the pleasure of helping someone on the way to achieving their personal career goals whether it's breaking the six figure barrier or achieving a title milestone at the C level. Being a hero to my clients and sending out the invoice for a job well done is just the icing on the cake. Worth all of the tedium, endless calls & doubtful moments.

I treat my profession with respect and I am always rewarded by making the right decision, no matter how challenging. In return, my love gives me financial independence, respect in the business community, access to really juicy information and the greatest gift, the knowledge of personal accomplishment.

As a recruiter, I know I add value to other people's lives, that I am sought after as the expert in my discipline. That in itself is a rush, but also a responsibilty to take seriously. The better I get at it, and it is a constant work in progress, the more I love to do it. Lucky me - I found my calling and get to share my passion by helping others find theirs!
