Personally, I almost never use individual job boards because they give you really weak candidates, mostly. However, I have used ZipRecruiter, which posts to 50+ different sites and it sometimes works. It is not how I recruit, 99% of the time, but once in a while I've gotten some strong resumes (usually not!)

I'm of the believe that you need to turn over as many stones as possible when seeking talent, but I'm also of the believe that whatever your company's needs are, traditional job boards today are pricey and merely a supplement in the hiring strategy.
I've been using Indeed and LI…tag:recruitingblogs.com,2015-06-25:502551:Comment:19013132015-06-25T21:54:28.958ZLinda Ferrantehttps://recruitingblogs.com/profile/LindaLoCicero

I've been using Indeed and LI pretty much exclusively. Monster and Career builder seem to be a waste of time and really expensive. I haven't found anything else that works for us, but posting on Craigslist works great! I talked to a sales person for Dice and while he made it sound really good, $999 for one opening seemed expensive at the time.
