Your member profile page on RecruitingBlogs.com today has something new at the top that allows you to interface directly with a new Recruiting Splits system called Splits.org.

It's a search engine for identifying recruiters who want to do split placements and for letting the recruiting community know you are open to doing splits.

It runs on twitter so you will need to have a twitter account. Everything gets tagged with #splits and then based on what you submit, it uses #needaguy, #haveaguy, and #willdosplits but the system looks after tagging so it's really easy.

It works and I received an email yesterday from a recruiter letting me know they have already met someone on the system and as a result, he has submitted a great candidate to his client.

Right now, Splits.org is available from member profiles on RecruitingBlogs.com and TalentBar once you are logged in. You can also use it directly at Splits.org
