Free Referral to Three Retained Ruby Searches... or is it Plague?

Hi!  This offer has expired, and I am a little surprised that no one else was even interested, given the amount of criticism I've heard about my (highly successful, profitable) recruiting in that field.

In any case, I am simply noting, for History's sake, that 50,000 recruiters on Recruiting Blogs turned down the searches, including a retained search for a VP.  This does lead me to believe that people are trying to avoid recruiting these people like the plague...However, you may still get on the "waiting list" to catch the plague, if you like, in case we scuttle the search.

I feel like I missed something.  You were offering candidates for free?  Or paying searches that no one took you up on?

You snooze you lose.  I posted a free referral to three retained searches and no one took me up on it.  Too late!

I meant I missed the point of your article, not that I missed out on the 'free' searches.
