How has your recruiting been for Q1 2013?

What was your first quarter of 2013 like? Year over year gain? If you can't measure what you have, you probably don't have anything!

Ok - not great, but made 7 hires thus far for '13. It was the 2nd quarter of last year that things really got on fire. Here is hoping.....
