Hello everyone!!!

As some of you know I recently started my own staffing agency. I specialize in IT & Medical staffing. Here lately since my website has gone live and I started marketing my site im getting several calls a month. The only problem is most of my callers are looking to place for industrial jobs such as warehouse, roofing, and other areas really outside of my recruiting area.

I would be more than happy to fill these positions since I need the placements however the back office company that I use doesn't offer insurance to fill these roles. So I am looking to work with someone and even learn as well cause this is new to me when I get calls from someone outside of the areas I can fill to do split placements with just so I can give them an alternative or work with them without sending them elsewhere. 

Any ideas or interest is much appreciated.

Are all the clients looking for temp employees? There are several back end companies that will insure those types of position, if so. If they are permanent positions, or the client is employer of record on contract jobs, then there are lots of recruiter who can help you find the candidates for a split fee. 

Most of them are wanting someone on a temp basis.
