Thank you for such a great article. I feel priviledge to have "met" Bruce Tracy. Although I have been in the HR field for over 20 years, I have recently been trying to do it on my own. I love what you said about customer focus recruiters. I fall into that category and believe that you are only successful in your placement when both parties are happy. This is a great article, after some months of suspicion and general reluctance to get involved I'm now a fully fledged social networking convert, and believe that it is essential for both recruiters and applicants to get involved in a major way in this new form of communication.
