• Responsible to : Chief Department of OB/GYNE
• Responsible for : Specialist and Resident of OB/GYNE

General description:

• She participates in the on-going improvement of Quality Care and Services, Departmental and Organization-wide.
• Responsible for the care of her own inpatients & outpatients.
• Perform prenatal and postnatal care; performs US follow–up for pregnancies & can do deliveries in maternity cases.
• Treats diseases and injuries of female reproductive system by surgical & laparoscopic procedures

Required Qualifications:

Education

• Graduate of an Accredited Medical School.
• Holds a recognized Post Graduate Degree in OB/GYNE from Accredited Medical School preferably
Western qualification likes the Canadian Board, American Board. or MRCOG / FRCOG (Membership or Fellowship of the British Royal College of Obstetrician and Gynecologists).

Consultant Pediatrician
Department : Medical Affairs

Supervisory responsibility :

• Responsible to : Chief Department of pediatrics
• Responsible for : Specialist and Resident of OB/GYNE

General description:
• The Consultant Physician shall be fully responsible for the care of his/her own patients.
• He/She participates in the on-going improvement of Quality Care and Services, Departmental and Organization-wide.
• Examines, diagnoses, and treats diseases and injuries of children, infants and neonates.

Education

• Graduate of an Accredited Medical School.
• Holds a recognized Post Graduate Degree in pediatrics from Accredited Medical School preferably
Western qualification likes the Canadian Board, American Board. or MRCP (Membership of a British Royal College of pediatrician).

Consultant General Surgeon
Department : Medical Affairs

Supervisory responsibility :

• The Consultant Surgeon shall be fully responsible for the care of his own patients.

General description:

• The Consultant surgeon shall be fully responsible for the care of his own patients.
• He participates in the on-going improvement of Quality Care and Services, Departmental and Organization-wide.
• Deals with burn cases & can perform repair, reconstruction, or replacement of physical defects of form or function involving the skin, musculoskeletal system, maxillofacial structures, hand, extremities, breast and trunk and external genitalia.
• Special knowledge and skill in the design and surgery of grafts, flaps and re-implantation is necessary with competence in the management of complex wounds, the use of implantable materials.

Required Qualifications:

• Holds a recognized Post Graduate Degree in plastic surgery from Accredited Medical School preferably

• The consultant diagnostic radiologist shall undertake duties in respect of patients as specified by the Chief of Department or Director of medical affairs

Chief of Nursing
Department : Medical Operation

Supervisory responsibility :

• Responsible to : Executive director of medical operations
• Responsible for : all nurses & medical technicians

General description:

• Responsible for the delivery of nursing care services in the hospital.
• She participates in the on-going improvement of Quality Care and Services, Departmental and Organization-wide.
• Liaises with Nursing staff, Hospital Department representatives, Administration, Patients and Visitors.
• Plans, coordinates, organize controls and evaluate the delivery of Nursing Services throughout the hospital.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:

Education

Experience

• Has three years supervisory experience and three years administration experience as a Director of Nursing or similar managerial experience in a hospital of 200 beds or more.

Head Nurse

Department : Medical Operation

Supervisory responsibility :

• Responsible to : Chief nurse
• Responsible for : nurses & medical technicians in her unit/ward

General description:

• Direct and supervises the Administrative and Nursing activities of a Nursing Unit/ward.
• Monitors the quality of Nursing Care given in the unit and ensures the staff development activities orientation, in-services, continuing education of all employees in the Unit.
• Assigns duties, tasks, assures scheduling and supervises all Nursing Personnel in the performance of patient care activities. Completes all required documentation to include: personnel records, patient care plans and medical records, documentation required by other departments.
• Participate actively in training and education programs for Saudi Arabian trainees.
• Participates actively in the development of all areas of nursing practice in accordance with established and accepted Nursing Standards preferably JCIA.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
FOR WESTERN HEAD NURSE
• Education must be a BSN / Diploma or RN from the country of origin e.g. USA/Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, Western Europe. South Africa, Malaya or other countries meeting a western nursing standard with a minimum of 2 years as Head Nurse in an acute care facility not less than 100 beds.

FOR NON-WESTERN HEAD NURSE from:
• Philippines, Lebanon, Jordan, Egypt, India - require a Bachelor of Science in Nursing or preferably master degree in science of nursing
• valid state license and five years experience as a Registered Nurse in a short term acute-care hospital,
• Three (3) years of which must be at the Head Nurse level in similar position at hospital not less than 200 bed capacity.

Experience
• Has three years supervisory experience in similar position experience at a hospital of 200 beds or more.
