My view is, you must be Cheap (15-20%) or Highest 25%+ on contingency side... If you stay in middle 20-25% you will DIE with herd..

Funny...I just wrote a blog on this without seeing it.  Firm on fees...very...unless there is a compelling reason not to being exclusivity, volume or something else.

If fees are your differentiator, you're already dead.
