Well I work alot of contract work...I'd say about 15 minutes.  Called a guy up, had every qualification known to man, filled out his profile on the phone, got his supervisor to do a reference with my reference girl (supervisor was right next to  him when I called).  Sent profile over to facility, hired immediately, called him back accepted put in 2 week notice as was in Hawaii 2 weeks later.   Extended 4 times, 3 month contract at a time.  Oddly enough his manager called me after he put in his 2 week notice and asked me to find him his replacement...I found that guy in about 3 days!  My stuff moves pretty quickly.
