<p>Ha - Amber took mine. :) Another great piece of advice I got was when you get a win, DON'T STOP. As soon as you hang up closing that candidate, getting that offer accepted, or setting up that new client meeting- pick up the phone and do it again. Interview potential candidates before you take them on as if it were for your own company. If they don't pass you then decide if they are worth coaching or move on. You won't waste the hiring company's time that way and also be providing only high quality candidates.
