Recruiter Compensation Plans - IT

Hi!

I am in the process of evaluating our Recruiter Compensation plan.  I could use some insight as to what you are currently seeing in the market.

This would be specifically for a SR IT Recruiter. 

base?

commission/bonus?  when earned?  how long does the consultant need to stick and stay?
