<p>I would be tempted to extend a referral payment for a cnadidate that was sent to me that reached final interview and/or was placed. </p>

<p>As for every candidate I was sent, I have the feeling my bank would run dry fairly quickly if I did this. </p>
<p>Hopefully we all engage in the "pay it forward" ideology and simply making a recommendation on a past colleague or someone they knew would not neccesitate a promise of payment. Hey, I'd love to get an…</p>
