They will catch you based on IP addresses - I know The Ladders does. I worked for an organization where one person was responsible for handling ALL Ladders request based on the fact that they had their license based on one location. If you access it from a different IP address, they will shut you down.

I can only speak for my job boards and there is no way that I would be able to know if the person logging into your account was you or not. So share help out your fellow recruiters.<br />

Now lets say I noticed you or someone using your info logged in posted and their contact info was there in the post, I would contact you - the account holder - and touch base make sure that CONTACT ON POST was allowed to use your account - permission from you - and just clarify that that contact is associated with that client and you are not. This is just so I don't call you and bug you about renewing posts, admin customer service stuff. As I said this is only my perspective but you paid for a package and if you cannot utilize it where as a friend or associate could by all means go for it. I work with companies all the time that use one log in information for certain sites that the entire company can use when they need. And if you get contacted rudely about this use the above excuse - multiple recruiters in the company use same account info for the resource,<br />

And honestly if you are dealing with job board account managers that are hassling you about that I would find another job board. Good luck and I think it is great you are sharing your stuff!!<br />
