"Today, candidates you experience on the phone are likely in a state of stress whether they outwardly express it or not. Many candidates may be on the job search for the first time in several years. And despite their years of experience, the search is throwing them for a loop. How can we as practitioners meet candidates "where they are" and coach them through the process successfully? This may be more than your basic motivational fit discussion.
