If you have the positions but just need a payrolling type service, you might negotiate with your clients. I have had some offer to take on the payroll and pay me a cut. I have also had independent contractors offer to pay me a % for getting them work, but you have to have a solid relationship with the contractor and a good way to verify the numbers.<br />

Try looking up pay-rolling services instead of temp agencies. They won't have as much incentive to steal your clients. It might be a little more…

And if you are feeling very ambitious, Quickbooks has a great payrolling module which runds about 50/month or so. You would have to pay for unemployment insurance but it might be another option.
