Hi,

First of all I have to say that I from the very outside of the subject area. I am actually a software engineer researching and learning more about recruiting. To be more precise, onboarding processes (after the moment the candidate has signed the offer).

What are the top three pains you currently have in your day-to-day work (onboarding!)? Things that burn resources, including your nerves? Things that under certain conditions have the potential to keep you up at night?

Are these specific to your industry? Are there any other pains specific to your industry?

How do you feel about background and reference checks? Most companies outsource them, so chances are you do, too. Do you feel like everything is taken care of? Do you trust them? Are you satisfied with their speed?

Thanks
