I've used MaxHire and liked it. Outlook integration is seamless, including single click complete email and resume capture. They recently upgraded to include SM integration, although the functionality is limited unless your candidate uses the same email address for all their SM accounts, or at least for FB. It's a fixed monthly fee and you get TalentHook (resume search from job boards), Email marketing and Job Board Posting integration for free.<br />
