<p>Tough to admit this but my ego is my biggest fault. I let it get in the way too often. Sometimes it doesn't matter but everytime it does I know I lost because of my ego. It is a constant chore to try to keep it in check. To be successful in spite of it doesn't count because I leave too much on the table when it gets in the way - which happens way too much.</p>
