I would spend an hour with Craig. IMO, he's on to something with UMS. Hospitals need people and baby boomers will make the problem worse in time. I think they way he is growing UMS is spot on ahead of the market. I advise any recruiter that is thinking about changing focus to contact Craig. In sum, he's a nice guy AND he's got the right market focus. So, I'd love to spend an hour with Craig Silverman.
We're the best human capital marketing firm in the world! An Hour With Ben Yoskovitztag:recruitingblogs.com,2009-01-22:502551:Topic:5143082009-01-22T17:29:32.969ZBen Yoskovitzhttps://recruitingblogs.com/profile/byosko
I would like to spend an hour with Ben on the phone. I have a couple of things I want to discuss that I think we can both benefit from. We have spent some good time discussing his company standoutjobs.com prior to the launch and it is great to see how it has grown since then.

Ben, should you accept this, please think about who you could benefit from talking to hear on RecruitingBlogs.com…

So far as part of " an Hour With" I have spoken to Bill Radin and I am scheduled to talk with William Uranga this afternoon.
Thanks. An hour with Chris Hoyt, aka The Recruiter Guytag:recruitingblogs.com,2009-01-20:502551:Topic:5083492009-01-20T13:39:13.369ZBen Yoskovitzhttps://recruitingblogs.com/profile/byosko
If I had an hour to talk with anyone in recruiting, I'd talk with Chris Hoyt.

Chris does a great job with personal branding. Whenever I read his blog, I feel like he's tapped into my brain. There must be some shared wavelengths there between Texas and Minnesota. I think we'd compare notes on blogging, golf, Sourcing/Recruiting tools, and the "Next Big Thing".

I would like to spend an hour with Maureen Sharib. I've been reading Maureen's online posts for a few years now and have always felt that there's a lot I can learn from her. I'm good at web sourcing but my phone sourcing skills and cold calling courage could certainly be improved. :)
Additionally, I am really interested in talking about effective integration of web sourcing and phone sourcing. We see lots of posted technical web search tricks and some good suggestions on phone sourcing (and even discussions as to what is "better") but rarely do we see a post on how to combine the two sides. I'd like to ask Maureen about that.
I'm interested in exchanging some ideas about creating online communities, and she's done a lot of that, too.

OK with you, Maureen?
