Hi Shally,

Glad to be a member of this group. As a 28 year Recruiter I'd always shied away from Internet Recruiting due to my clients wanting me to find passive candidates they ordinarily wouldn't have had access to using phone recruiting--they're all over the Internet looking for candidates. Message they've given me is they don't want to compete with me over the same candidates they can find on their own.

My hope is this can give me an advantage to stay quality candidate ahead of them. Staple of my recruiting activity is extensive phone cold calling.
