Twitter, the new frontier

This group started in April of 2008 with 11 users and I remember “way back then” how much heckling I took as a Twitter user and then being one of a very few Recruiters to be using it.

My oh my how things can change in a year. Now you cannot watch a news program without hearing a reporter giving a Twitter name to follow.

Have you checked out Splits.org or #splits? New things are happening all the time :)

I'd love to hear some ideas on how to use Twitter for recruiting/recruiters. So far I LOVE it, but I know that feelings are mixed on how to utilize it it's full potential. It would be great to see how others find it....
