What are your major challenges as a Naija recruiter?

Whether in Naija, i.e Nigeria or any other part of the world,it could be really difficult finding a perfect fit for a position.

Largely,the candidates who fit the most,tend not to want to change jobs.

That's a major challenge.

Jumoke,
The candidates that fit are the passive candiadtes and not the active ones. That is why they seem not to want to change jobs except the Employer Value Preposition (EVP) is enticing enough. The work of the recruiter is to get the passive candidates interested in their client's offer.
