Tech & Software Splits (Boston, MA) - Seeking Partners

I'm seeking experienced tech recruiters with whom to partner for software development positions in the Boston area.

Our firm has deep client relationships due to our consultancy practice. We work with a number of dynamic small to mid-sized firms, and we consistently have access to a surplus of requisitions.

We approach split-fee partnerships as investments in a relationship. We get to know know partners, just as we do the candidates we submit. Additional partnerships will allow us to shift more of our focus to our consultancy practice, thereby increasing our access to requisitions.
