Hello, I am glad to be a part of the group. I have been put in charge of putting together a recruitment training program. Does anyone have any tips or ideas of how I can get started?

Being doing a lot of research lately.Working on an interesting new model on recruiting. From a technology front - looked at Joomla for website. Seemed to do the job. Hosting is cheap. Check out GoDaddy.com. For CRM Salesforce.com and sugarcrm had similar prices. Would be great if google could offer a file upload process so that all files could be saved in google docs. Currently trying very hard to use all online content as much as possible.
