Hi Norm, you're a transplant too, that's great! I love Santa Cruz, it's near my US-home town of Saratoga! Now I'm by the beach in SoCal...How's the weather?

Hmm I like it but I'm in Marina del Rey, which is a cool beach town, whereas while I like Irvine, I can see why you'd have a difficult time adjusting there from the Bay Area.

I like Acct/Fin so far. I had the opportunity to choose a niche, and I felt that this would be a good fit for me and our market. I'm familiar with cafepress.com as a consumer, but what's your specialty?

That's a wide range! I bet you enjoy it though. Out of curiousity, how many recruiters work for your company? And of course I've heard of cafepress.com - it's where I got my "I'm what Willis was talkin bout" shirt :)

We only have 2 recruiters so I'm pretty busy. I'm sure we will hire more if our req. load becomes crazy.
