Well, I have been exposed to Leadership hiring but not in such a strategic way.I do find the area of training very interesting and I am also exploring a deviation from my current role.There aren't many firms in Mumbai into Leadership Training too.I wish I could shadow you sometime.Do let me know if we can work something out?

Hey Graham! Thanks for the note :)

Well, I actually cheated a bit so it's not nearly as techno-cool as you might think. I recently bought a Flip VideoCamera and I really like it - it's small so I carry it to work with me every day. On that particular video, I strapped it to the rear-view mirror and turned it on - really easy.

And, it was really easy since the car wasn't even moving - I was in the parking lot at work.

Other than that I use to own an Import Export Company.

I am currently looking to work for larger consulting/ PE firm.
