    Saw your chat request for help in finding a CRM with resume etc. capabilities. Look at Salesforce.com. We use it as a traditional CRM but looked at the recruiter plug-in when deciding how best to re-code our site for our impending re-launch. We decided that SF would be too expensive for hundreds of thousands of job seekers and employers to be using on our dime but it might be perfect for you as your needs are likely quite different from ours.
