If you apply what you learned in sports to recruiting (overcoming adversity, seeking and taking advantage of opportunities, being aggressive about hitting your goals, maintaining a positive attitude) and tie it in with servant leadership and making good relationships, and if you work your ass off, you'll be successful in the business.
