FROM THE BLOG:
I am in the midst of making some really important career development choices. I've been offering employability services for awhile but I've decided to substantiate those ideas. I've decided to form an official business with a targeted mission and I need your continued support. In an effort to conduct a 'market study', I am asking that all my friends and fellow recruiters out there take the attached Survey. Please keep in mind that I am operating an employability services company targeting Federal and State Government job seekers. Some services include Networking, Resume and KSA writing, Referral Services, Interviewing skills, & Career Coaching.

How are you doing today. I do have my own company here in USA and Back in India. We do work with major Healthcare, Pharma, Insurance, Pharma, Telecom and Financial clients here in US Nationwide. We have over 30 + recruiters and we can hire more depending on the need of the client. We have a very big office space with highspeed internet, latest computers and phone lines and we can accomodate another 100+ recruiters in our office....
What we do is, for each client we do provide 3-5 recruiters exclusively, they do work exclusively on client requirements both IT and Non-IT. They work as their employees only, here instead of paying 45-50$/hr for one recruiter and get less results, for the same amount of money you get 3-5 recruiters exclusively working as your own employees/recruiters and get more closures and money. In that way you will save the cost and get more profits.
If you are interested in this model, please do give me a call at 412-563-3460 or email it to me at sunny@shstinc.com or email me your contact details, we can talk
Hi Osman,
Hope you are doing good. I don't have own consultants but can get you good consultants from a thirdparty. I will be working as independent recruiter if you are willing to give me a min margin. thanks a lot.
Will be looking forward to hear from you.
Hi Associates,
http://h1consultants.ning.com
This Blog is to share your consultants with the suitable requirements available in the market.
Hope this blog helps you in building your network.
I am the “Admin” for the Recruiters On LinkedIn group. You have recently joined and this is a "welcome" to the group and "here is how it works".
Over the past year I have been experimenting how best to facilitate members being able to connect with each other. Some want to connect with everyone and some are looking for a few meaningful connections.
1-2 times per week I send a group introduction message with 10-15 new members and reintroducing others.
What this means for you is simple, do you wish to be introduced to the group?
You have 4 options from which to choose:
(A) “Open Networker” with name, email address, and LinkedIn URL as you want to connect with anyone and everyone.
(B) “General Introduction” with name and LinkedIn URL as you are specific about who you want to connect with.
(C) “Lurker” no announcement will be made as you want to be on the sidelines connecting with people as you wish.
(D) “Super Open Networker” which is (A) plus having your contact information on the group page.
A caution on the “Open Networker”, you may be inundated with invitations to connect. For some this is exactly what they are hoping for and others this could be a pain.
I do ask, if you receive invitations from members you do not want to connect with that you “Archive” the message versus “I don’t know” so the sender is not penalized by LinkedIn although how you handle this is up to you.
Again your options are (A), (B), (C), (D).
Please include your LinkedIn URL and email address you prefer to receive invitations and send to paul@mnheadhunter.com
Thanks so much for stopping by my page with a question -- it is featured on this week's "Wednesday Wisdom" column, and I hope you enjoy reading both my response and that of others in the community who also have some great advice.
Mohammed, I have another suggestion regarding your question to Claudia this morning. Try the very simple "take away." Simply call your candidate and tell him, "I'm sorry you're not able to interview during work hours. It sounds like you are fully committed to your current employer and that is admirable. However, this is a critical need for my client and they need someone to come in this week. Unfortunately, if you are not available to commit to this, I have another candidate I need to get in the door. Certainly please call me when your able to be a bit more flexible, I'll let my client know that you are no longer available for the position at this time." Then be quiet. One of two things will happen. 1: All of a sudden he will "have some free time on Thursday afternoon."
2: He'll say, "sounds good I'll get back with you." In which case you didn't have a "real" candidate anyways and you were wasting your time.

You are the reason I am in www.Recruitingblogs.com and you will be remembered if it pays towards success.....for which I am quite opmistic.
