Thanks for all your support Suzy; it's been a feeding frenzy over here in India since the start of sourcecon1 challenge 3. We are all so sick of being referred to as offshore “Resume Farmers” in India that I’m glad we were able to flex some of our internet sourcing muscle. Although we didn’t win we got a 2nd, 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th , not bad with so much top global competition. Yep, along with Yusuf, Sarang (old sourcing dogs) Ansh, Kundan and Rushsit are all with OS2i.

PS The world is flat recruiters!!!!!!

Tomorrow is Jeremy. You are next week. I wasn't aware that Mike existed before the contest and no one made a big fuss over him when he won so he slipped through the radio shows. I did leave him a msg that he is free to call in and participate. PS: I didn't know that Jeremy was going to be the winner when I booked him. Pure coincidence.

Actually you're long posting about how you won was a remarkable marketing move. Otherwise there would have been no focal point for people who were interested in you after your victory.

Ha! You're right about that- a little web 2.0 frenzy was started, eh? Jeremy should be posting something soon as well..boy- that IS a coincidence!!

One of my peers said something yesterday, She called one of our Reqs "a real funky-dunky document." When she said it, a very small pilot light in my brain, told me, STRANGE, I think I have heard that phrase before.

When I had a free few moments, it lead me to your post.
