I personally have been working more on the direct placement side and not so much the temp/hire stuff. I'm in the process of building my network and don't really have a specific focus right now... I placed a controller, did some IT networking (and might have a few candidates for you), seem to be heavy on the sales side currently and am in the process of sourcing some Mechanical Engineers.
