    Thanks for the quick note. Everything is great on this end. Weather is super nice (for MN - mid 60s and sunny today)! And really solid sales candidates are falling from the sky like manna (sp) from heaven in charlotte, nc. Now if I could just have that same luck in Dallas and Chicago :)
