so I focus on both the job boards and passive recruiting ie. linkedin, and was wondering if you have tips on making cold-calls to passive candidates....I've been getting creative in finding how to contact folks but once I get their contact info I'm not having great luck getting responses...any suggestions?
John, thanks for the offer but I don't think I could be much help. My focus is entirely on the New England market and I don't have many contacts on the West Coast. If you need help with local candidates at anytime please let me know though as I'm sure I could help. Happy Hunting!
