Sourcing the right candidate is a very important part of a recruiters job. Also if you are looking for a specific kind of skill or profile i would suggest Linkedin for it. Orkut is more of social networking platform i am not sure if you can source much out of it. Job boards YES! job boards are a must tool for every recruiter.
