Aggie - I think it is possible to make the move from the agency side to the Corporate side, but you have to find the right companies. I would target companies that have dedicated sourcing functions as they will value your experience. You will need to be able to articulate how you can your experience in a more entrepuenurial environment to a more complex highly matrixed organziation.
