gentina they become interested. We can cut their costs dramatically due to this model. On top we gather all candidates via Internet and phone sourcing initiatives. They like the fact that we call into their competitors. Another selling point is process reporting that is included with our services.
Some take time in grasping Ex-PAT recruiters Recruitment Model. LOL

to two candidates last week that they don't really have a Master's/Bachelor's unless they actually graduated...
The Dr. Pepper question reminded me of the (one of the) dreadful question I get way too often (besides "Oh, you are in Argentina, do you dance Tango?"), "How do you say Catia in Korean?"... "Ummm... that's not a Korean name and you just don't translate names... so... that would just be... Catia." aging US clients at a Business and Product Development level. It is important when engaging potential candidates to state who you are. I would only add that you are in Argentina if you think it will break the ICE. If you are receiving comments that they think your role is a Telemarketer then you should not be assessing them for a potential client search (Not too bright)- Again it all depends on the level of education the search criterion has. Less education - the higher probability that certain Corporate jargon might be misunderstood. Position yourself as a professional that has the clients' and candidates' best interest. Don't let them focus on where you are from but what you can do for them.
