Your primary function will be to participate in the Process and Applications Development Lifecycle within our Enterprise-Wide Customer Relationship Management Applications Portfolio. You’ll engage with business-side teams from senior management level to individual contributor level in order to receive, assess, recommend, design, and execute CRM strategies from projects to individual enhancements. The focus will be on our main CRM technology platform for Customer Support and Services, Salesforce.com as well as future platforms that are added to the applications portfolio in the future.
Location: Silicon Valley, SF Bay Area.
