ve shaken your troubles away, put the gourd right side up but making sure the yerba in it is slanted. pour a little bit of lukewarm water on the "deep end" of the mate, wait one minute and then in one swift motion and with your thumb covering the top end of the bombilla (special mate drinking straw) insert it in the moist yerba. Then start pouring hot water 80° to 85° Celsius making sure you don't get the rest of the yerba wet. Drink the hot infusion trough the straw, rinse (we don't do this in Argentina but if you are a foreigner you are allowed) and repeat. Once the yerba on the wet side has worn out, put the straw on the dry side and start pouring there too. A regular sized mate should yield a one liter thermos of water (we are cool down here and not only use Celsius degrees for temperature, we also use the dreaded.... METRIC SYSTEM!!!).
How was that for an explanation.
10 black peppercorns, crushed
1/4 tsp dried rosemary leaves, crushed
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 lb bacon, diced
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 cup water
1 tbsp currant jelly
1 small bay leaf
1/8 tsp dried thyme leaves
3 tbsp water
Sprinkle hare with salt. Coat with 1/3 cup flour, shake off excess. Fry bacon in Dutch oven over medium heat until crisp, remove bacon and drain on paper towels. Brown a few pieces of rabbit in hot bacon fat, remove browned pieces. Repeat with remaining rabbit. Remove all but 2 tablespoons fat.
Cook and stir shallots and garlic in hot fat in Dutch oven until shallots are tender, about 4 minutes. Stir in wine, 1 cup water and the instant bouillon. Heat to boiling. Stir in jelly, peppercorns, bay leaf, rosemary and thyme. Return hare and bacon to Dutch oven. Heat to boiling, reduce heat. Cover and simmer until rabbit is tender, about 1 1/2 hours.
Remove bay leaf and discard. Place rabbit on warm platter, keep warm while preparing gravy. Stir lemon juice into liquid in Dutch oven. Shake 3 tablespoons water and 2 tablespoons flour in covered jar. Stir flour 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves in cheesecloth bag.

rs and let then take a stab at the message; this has worked out better because I believe if I'm feeling some angst, so are others.
This community is like a marriage - sometimes saying exactly what's on your mind is important but how it's said and the words one uses need to be changed. Rather than delete the message, bounce it off others you trust and see if they feel the same way. Then post it - but include another perspective.

e of impending sale is involved but i will be interested to see what the legal eagles have to say. You can sue a ham sandwich which would probably be settled with a big severance. I am just interested in what the non disclosure of a sale might mean or not when it came to a new hire and a quick layoff.
Did the Holiday Inn have hot water?…
