To work with Sourcing Manager and Marketing to devise and implement a Direct Hire Strategy to ensure that direct hire targets are achieved and exceeded Conduct weekly team meetings to facilitate information sharing, team performance management, client updates and any legislation changes to ensure high morale and to provide a forum for team discussion Meet with RBP’s regularly to ensure open communications Highlight business opportunities to relevant RBP’to, support growth and promote communication Dashboard Analysis enabling you to use for future decisions and past trends for your business area. Skills and Experience Strong and proven experience of working in the recruitment industry in a volume delivery capacity in a very fast paced environment Strong experience in resource planning , Assessment centres , demand planning Proven track-record managing a team including experience in managing performance and developing high performing teams Experience of effective stakeholder management, building positive relationships, engaging and collaborating effectively with others Excellent communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence others Strong organisational skills with the ability to deliver complex workload within agreed timescales An ability to interpret, analyse and evaluate management information to make sound business decisions and provide advice to others Proactive problem solving skills.
